Circle of promise

The last two weeks Simon has been in our Arnhem Land programme helping out as they were short of pilots.  The programme kept him busy and the weather did too.  On one of the days Simon had to turn back and wait out the storm before continuing.  Thankfully the sun came out again and flights could be completed.

Whilst he was in his office in the sky having fun I was back in Cairns with Zara.  Unfortunately, I came down with Covid and so the last two weeks have been a bit different to what I had planned but forced rest is not a bad thing :)  Thankfully, Simon and Zara have been spared and have not succumbed to it.  Long may that continue.

Just another day in Arnhem Land and showing off the sun and blue skies.

It's not often a plane is circled by a rainbow.  Another reminder of God's promises in all their fullness.

Of course boys will be boys and here are two of them enjoying water and clay.  Before they got in the water they had to check upstream and downstream that there were no crocodiles.  The joys of living in croc-land :)
