Family update
It feels like not a whole lot has changed since our last post back in May. We continue to manage the impact of Covid-19 in our MAF world and navigate the ever changing requirements that are necessary. Simon has been "grounded" for a while now and spends more time on the computer than he would prefer but needs must. There was hope for a while that he would be able to get into some programmes to do training but with the restrictions and forced quarantines it hasn't been possible so the planning continues. The blessing of this has been that we have him more at home so we are not complaining :). Life for me in HR has definitely been a roller coaster as we have managed the different situations that come across our desks. There have been aircraft incidents, navigating a downsizing of one of our programmes, Covid-19 and health challenges.
