As I write I have been back in Australia just over a week from my trip to Europe.  It was full and eventful but thankful to all who prayed for this trip.  It wasn't easy to leave Joshua but he is getting settled in Switzerland and starts his German language course today.   He has also had contact with a business owner who has given him some guidance on his own online clothing business www.alpterra.com so we are excited about what will come of this in the future. I was able to spend some time in Scotland with my Mum whilst working remotely for MAF.  It has been over three years since I have seen her due to Covid and Australia locking their borders for so long.  Like all of us we are not getting any younger so will be good to catch up with her again on home assignment towards the end of this year. It seems that 2022 is the year of new adventures.  As many of you know we have missed a home assignment due to Covid which meant not being able to get home to see family, friends and supporters.  We hope to rectify that this year and catch up with many of you at the end of this year as a family. However, the big news thus far is that Joshua is leaving Down Under for the land of cheese and chocolate.  Yes, he is going to be living in Switzerland for a period of time.  The exact time is undefined but could be up to a year depending on what happens.  His initial time will be spent doing language school and we see what God has for him next.  He really wants to get his business off the ground in Europe (www.alpterra.com) and is looking for a business mentor/coach in this field to guide him.
