Travel update
As I write I have been back in Australia just over a week from my trip to Europe. It was full and eventful but thankful to all who prayed for this trip. It wasn't easy to leave Joshua but he is getting settled in Switzerland and starts his German language course today. He has also had contact with a business owner who has given him some guidance on his own online clothing business www.alpterra.com so we are excited about what will come of this in the future.
I was able to spend some time in Scotland with my Mum whilst working remotely for MAF. It has been over three years since I have seen her due to Covid and Australia locking their borders for so long. Like all of us we are not getting any younger so will be good to catch up with her again on home assignment towards the end of this year.
Whilst in Switzerland, Joshua and I were able to spend my birthday together and we traveled to Luzern for the day and enjoyed the delights on this lovely part of Switzerland.

We are definitely in a period of transition with Joshua in Switzerland and Zara in her last year of high school. Zara's not sure what her plans are once she has completed year 12 but with home assignment at the end of the year there is time to think through what that will look like.
Thanks again for all of you who are part of our team in enabling us to serve with MAF in the Asia Pacific region.
